Ahmed Taekwondo Academy presents a 2nd Seminar with Former GB Athlete Mahama Cho on the 18th of June after a very successful first Seminar back in May.

The Seminar will be split into 3 Groups/Categories (depending on fighting experience and ability) in order for the Training to suit the correct audience In’sha’Allah.

The 3 Groups/Categories are:

Beginners: Tkd Beginner, Some/No Competition Experience

Intermediate: Novice Player, Some Competition Experience

Advance: Red Belt+, Advance Player, Lots of Competition Experience
